Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)

Summary of Job functions

Performs a variety of field and office professional surveying work; represents the department before official bodies, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, developers, and the general public in survey-related matters: plans, organizes, schedules, and coordinates work. Performs related duties as required. 

This position has the authority to direct and lead the Field Crews and CAD Technicians in what needs to be done to accomplish the survey.

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENT:

A college degree in a related field. Experience that has provided the knowledge and skills necessary to satisfy job performance.

LICENSING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Texas. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
